Toegang
Bij het betreden van het festival verklaar je dat je mimimaal 18 jaar bent. De organisatie en medewerkers mogen vragen om een identiteitsbewijs te vragen om je leeftijd te controleren. Bij weigering of bij vaststelling van minderjarig word je de toegang tot het festival ontzegd.
Veiligheid
Tijdens het festival geldt een zero-tolerance beleid voor agressief gedrag en vechtpartijen. Als je betrokken raakt bij of getuige bent van dergelijk gedrag, meldt dit dan onmiddellijk aan het personeel. De toegang tot de zaal is alleen toegestaan voor bezoekers die zich aan de gedragsregels houden. Personen die zich agressief gedragen of de regels overtreden, kunnen onmiddellijk de toegang worden ontzegd en worden mogelijk door de politie verwijderd.
Diefstal
Bij vaststelling van diefstal of andere strafbare feiten wordt automatisch de politie gecontacteerd.
Dronkenschap en/of probleemgedrag
Bij vaststelling of vermoeden van overmatig drankgebruik/dronkenschap mogen standhouders geen alcohol schenken. Drink tussendoor dus ook water of ander fris en eet een hapje. Doe aan zelfzorg en vermijd ziekte en bijhorende katers. De organisatie is gemachtigd om bezoekers die zichtbaar dronken zijn of die moedwillig problemen veroorzaken (ruzie zoeken, standhouders lastig vallen, etc.) de toegang tot het festival te ontzeggen.
Betaalmiddel
Tijdens het festival geldt de üchter als het officiële betaalmiddel. Eén "üchter" heeft een € 1,00. Deze üchters zijn tijdens het festival te koop, üchters worden niet geruild tegen geld.
Aankopen van üchters en/of flessen kan met contant geld of bancontact.
Buiten is er ook een foodtruck voorzien. Deze wordt in eigen beheer uitgebaad, zij rekenen dus ook zelf af. Naast contant geld hebben we geen zicht op welke betaalmiddelen zij accepteren.
Aansprakelijkheid
De organisatie is niet aansprakelijkheid bij ongevallen/gebeurtenissen ten gevolge van de effecten van alcoholgebruik in de ruimste zin. Noch voor schade aan mens en goederen, zulks in de ruimste zin, door wie of wat dan ook ontstaan. Maar ook niet voor en/of ten gevolge van transacties tussen bezoekers, standhouders en/of locatie exploitanten, van welke aard en omvang dan ook.
Einde beurs
De beurs duurt tot 18:00 uur. Om een vlotte afsluiting te garanderen, verzoeken wij je om uiterlijk om 17:45 uur richting de uitgang te gaan.
Opgelet: de verkoop van üchters stopt om 17:30 uur. We waarderen je medewerking om de afsluiting soepel en ordelijk te laten verlopen.

Admission
By entering the festival, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The organizers and staff may ask for ID to verify your age. If you refuse to show ID or are found to be underage, you will be denied entry to the festival.
Safety
The festival enforces a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior and fights. If you are involved in or witness such behavior, please report it immediately to the staff. Entry to the venue is only permitted for those who adhere to the rules of conduct. Individuals displaying aggressive behavior or violating the rules may be denied entry and could be removed by the police.
Theft
In the event of theft or other criminal activities, the police will be contacted immediately.
Intoxication and/or Problematic Behavior
If excessive drinking or intoxication is observed or suspected, vendors are not allowed to serve alcohol. Be sure to drink water or other non-alcoholic beverages and have some food in between drinks. Take care of yourself to avoid illness and hangovers. The organizers are authorized to deny entry to anyone who is visibly drunk or causes deliberate problems (such as starting fights or bothering vendors).
Payment Methods
During the festival, the official currency is the "üchter." One "üchter" is worth € 1,00. These üchters can be purchased at the festival and are not exchangeable for cash. Purchases of üchters and/or bottles can be made with Bancontact or cash.
There is also a food truck outside, operated independently. They handle their own transactions, and besides cash, we are not aware of the payment methods they accept.
Liability
The organizers are not liable for any accidents or incidents resulting from the effects of alcohol consumption in any form. This includes any damage to people or property, regardless of the cause. We are also not responsible for any transactions between visitors, exhibitors, and/or venue operators, of any nature or extent.
End of Festival
The fair runs until 6:00 PM. To ensure a smooth exit, please start wrapping up your activities and head towards the exit by 5:45 PM. Note that the üchter sales will end at 5:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation in making the closing process efficient and orderly.
